Welcome to JobCertified, an online store operated by Micah Media Training and Development Services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Products Only All products sold through JobCertified are digital. These include Certiport certification exam vouchers, LearnKey training access, and GMetrix practice test licenses. No physical items are shipped.
2. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital licenses, all sales are final. Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be granted. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
3. Delivery Digital products are delivered via email within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Ensure your email address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
4. Use of Products Products are for individual, non-commercial use. Reselling, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of codes, training content, or licenses is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and product materials are the intellectual property of JobCertified, Micah Media, or their licensors (e.g., Certiport, LearnKey, GMetrix) and may not be used without permission.
6. Privacy Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store or process your payment information directly. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe).
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital products. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount paid.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
