Thank you for purchasing from JobCertified, a brand of Micah Media Training and Development Services. We provide digital certification bundles which include exam vouchers, training access, and practice tests.

1. Digital Delivery Only
We do not ship physical goods. All products sold through our store are delivered digitally via email.

2. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email containing your codes and access instructions.

3. Email Accuracy
Please double-check that your email address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses. While we will make reasonable efforts to help recover access, we cannot guarantee code replacement.
