What is included in the certification package?
Each certification package includes the following components, designed to be completed within an estimated 4 to 8 weeks depending on the learner’s pace:
1. LearnKey Video Course Access
· Self-paced, interactive video-based training
· Covers all topics included in the certification exam
· Estimated time to complete: 2–4 weeks
2. GMetrix Practice Test Access
· Simulation-based exams that mirror the actual test
· Multiple attempts allowed for mastery
· Estimated time to complete: 1–2 weeks (alongside or after LearnKey)
3. Official Exam Voucher
· One (1) exam attempt included
· Taken online via Compass Cloud
4. One Free Exam Retake (if needed)
· If the first exam attempt is unsuccessful
· Can be scheduled at least 1 week after the first attempt. Allowing time for review and further preparation
What do I receive after passing the exam?
Upon successfully passing the certification exam, you will receive the following credentials:
Digital Certificate
· Issued upon passing the exam
· Downloadable anytime via your Certiport account
Digital Badge
· Shareable on LinkedIn, resumes, and digital portfolios
· Validates and showcases your certified skills to employers and networks

How long is access valid?
LearnKey and GMetrix:
· Valid for 1 year from date of purchase
Exam Voucher:
· Valid for 1 month upon activation (entry of exam access code)

How do I access the platforms (LearnKey, GMetrix, Certiport)?
👉 LearnKey (Learning Videos)
· Go to https://gmetrix.net and download the GMetrix SMS APP
• Create your username and password
• Click "Redeem Access Code" and enter the LearnKey access code provided to you
• Access video lessons under “My Courses”
👉 GMetrix (Practice Tests)
· Go to https://gmetrix.net / Gmetrix SMS APP
· Log-in your username and password (Use the same LearnKey credentials)
· Click "Redeem Access Code" and enter the GMetrix access code provided to you to unlock practice tests
· Select your course and begin the simulation-based exams

1. Schedule Your Exam
· Email your preferred date/time to connect@micahmediatds.com and wait for confirmation.
2. Before the Exam (1–2 days ahead)
· Create a Certiport account at certiport.com
· Log in and enter your voucher and access code
3. On Exam Day
· Download and open Compass Cloud (Windows)
· Log in, enter your access code, and wait in the Exam Lobby

🔹 EXAM & RETAKE POLICY
How long is the certification exam?
Exams typically run 45–60 minutes depending on the certification.
What happens if I fail the exam?
One FREE exam retake is included in the package. You may review and reschedule your exam.
What is the passing score?
Passing scores vary by certification but are usually around 700–750 on a 1000-point scale.
Is the exam available in other languages?
Most exams are in English. Some may be available in other languages depending on the certification track.
🔹 CERTIFICATION CREDENTIALS
How do I receive my certificate?
Once you pass the exam, a digital certificate and badge will be automatically issued to your Certiport account. You will receive an email notification prompting you to log in to your Certiport profile. From there, you can view, download, and print your certificate. Your digital badge will also be available through Credly, Certiport’s official credentialing platform, where you can easily share it on LinkedIn, your digital portfolio, or resume.
Is the certification internationally recognized?
Yes. Certiport certifications are recognized globally by employers and institutions.
How do I verify the legitimacy of my certificate and badge?
Certificates and badges can be verified through your Certiport account. Badges can also be validated through Credly by clicking the badge link or scanning the QR code.
How can I share my credentials?
You can share your digital badge and certificate on:
· LinkedIn profiles
· Online resumes and digital portfolios
· Job boards or application sites

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, debit/credit cards, and other Shopify-supported methods.
When will I receive my login credentials?
Login credentials for LearnKey, GMetrix, and Certiport will be sent via email within 3–5 days after payment confirmation.
Can I change my certification track after purchasing?
No. You cannot change your track after purchasing regardless of activation. Please make sure to choose your track carefully before checkout.
Can I give this as a gift or corporate training package?
Yes. JobCertified accepts bulk orders for gifting, company use, or team development.
What if I encounter technical issues?
