Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JobCertified, a digital certification store operated by Micah Media Training and Development Services. We specialize in delivering bundled Certiport certification products, including training and exam vouchers with retake options.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (digital certification bundles with license codes), all sales are final and no return and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. This includes:
- Exam vouchers
- LearnKey training access
- GMetrix practice test licenses
Once a license or code is issued and/or activated, we are unable to revoke access.
2. Delivery Timeline
Digital product delivery will occur via email within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your items within the stated timeframe, contact us immediately. If an incorrect email address is provided during checkout, delivery cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate. We will make a reasonable attempt to assist in recovery, but we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
3. Delivery Method
All certification bundles will be delivered digitally through email. No physical product will be shipped.
